Managing Subscriptions
View and manage your hejGuide subscription from the Billing page.
Billing Page Overview
Navigate to Billing in the sidebar to see:
- Your current plan and its features
- Your active payment method
- Links to change your plan or update payment details
Changing Your Plan
To upgrade or switch to a different plan:
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Change Plan or Upgrade
- Select the plan you want to switch to
- Confirm the change
When upgrading, you gain immediate access to the new plan's features. Your billing cycle adjusts automatically.
TIP
Upgrading mid-cycle? Your next invoice will reflect the new plan pricing from the next billing date. There is no proration for partial months.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
After cancellation, you retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period. Your account then reverts to the Free plan.
WARNING
Cancelling does not delete your data. Your listings, bookings, and settings are preserved. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid features.
Custom Pricing
In some cases, a hejGuide administrator may set custom pricing for your account. If custom pricing applies, your billing page shows the special rate instead of the standard plan pricing.
Custom pricing is set on a per-account basis and takes effect on your next billing cycle.
