Invoices
hejGuide automatically generates invoices for every subscription payment. You can view, download, and manage your invoices at any time.
Finding Your Invoices
Your invoices are accessible in multiple places:
- Invoices page — go to Invoices in the sidebar for a complete list
- Account page — a link to your invoices is available from your account overview
- Billing page — quick access to recent invoices from the billing overview
Automatic Invoice Generation
After each successful payment, an invoice is generated automatically as a PDF document. You also receive an email notification with the invoice PDF attached.
TIP
Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your hejGuide account. Make sure your email is up to date in your Profile Settings.
What's on the Invoice
Each invoice includes:
- Seller details — your configured company or business information
- Buyer details — your name, address, and VAT number (if applicable)
- Line items — subscription plan, extra listings, and any other charges
- VAT breakdown — applicable VAT rate and amount (or reverse charge notice)
- Total amount — the amount charged to your payment method
Invoice Settings
You can customize the seller details that appear on your invoices:
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Open the Invoicing tab
- Update your business name, address, and other details
- Click Save
These details are used on all future invoices. Previously generated invoices are not affected.
