Reports

Track your vacation rental business performance with detailed reports. The Reports module gives you clear visibility into revenue trends, occupancy rates, booking channel performance, and other operational metrics -- so you can make informed decisions about pricing, marketing, and property management.

Available reports

• Overview -- Headline KPIs at a glance (revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, average stay, bookings) plus a booking timeline and property performance.
• Revenue -- Total revenue, revenue per listing, daily/weekly/monthly trends, and key financial metrics like ADR and RevPAR.
• Bookings -- A filterable list of bookings with a CSV export for accounting and analysis.
• Occupancy -- Occupancy rates by listing and overall, with period-over-period comparisons to spot seasonal patterns.
• Forecast -- Confirmed revenue for the coming months ("on the books") and when outstanding payments are expected to arrive (cashflow).
• Financials -- Profit & loss (revenue minus commission, fees and expenses) and a tax breakdown (VAT, tourism tax) for the period.
• Channel Performance -- See which booking sources generate the most revenue and bookings, and compare channel effectiveness.
• Operations -- Task completion, housekeeping, guest response times, and email-automation stats.
• Reviews -- Review scores, platform breakdown, and guest-feedback themes.
• Insights -- AI smart insights that turn your data into weekly suggestions.

All reports support filtering by date range and listing, and the Bookings report can be exported as CSV for accounting or further analysis.

Accessing reports

1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
2. Select the report you want to view.
3. Use the date range picker to set the period you want to analyze.
4. Optionally filter by a specific listing, or view all properties combined.

TIP

Check your reports regularly -- at least monthly. Trends in revenue and occupancy can reveal pricing opportunities, underperforming listings, or seasonal patterns you should prepare for.

Key metrics at a glance

The Reports section is designed to answer the most important questions for vacation rental hosts:

• How much am I earning? -- The Revenue report shows total income and trends over time.
• How full are my properties? -- The Occupancy report shows the percentage of available nights that are booked.
• Which platforms perform best? -- The Channel Performance report breaks down bookings and revenue by source.
• Is my business growing? -- Compare periods to see whether you are trending up or down.
