Overview Report

The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open Reports. It pulls together the headline numbers for your business -- revenue, occupancy, average rate, bookings, and a live look at your calendar -- so you can gauge how things are going at a glance before drilling into a specific report.

Accessing the Overview report

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar. The Overview tab opens by default.
  2. (Or select Overview if you are on another tab.)
  3. Choose your date range using the period picker.
  4. Optionally select a specific listing, or leave it on "All properties" to see combined data.

What the report shows

Headline KPIs

A grid of key metric cards for the selected period, each with a trend badge comparing it to the previous period:

  • Revenue -- Total booking income for the period.
  • Occupancy -- The percentage of available nights that are booked, shown with a ring chart and the booked-of-available nights count.
  • Avg daily rate (ADR) -- Your average nightly rate across booked nights.
  • RevPAR -- Revenue per available night, combining pricing and occupancy.
  • Avg stay -- The average length of a stay, in nights.
  • Bookings -- The number of bookings in the period.

The Revenue, Occupancy, and Bookings cards are clickable and jump straight to the matching detailed tab.

Booking timeline

A visual calendar of your upcoming and recent bookings. For short periods it shows a day-by-day Gantt view (with the current guest highlighted); for longer ranges or full-year periods it switches to a compact month-by-month occupancy grid you can click to zoom into a single month.

Revenue trend and channel distribution

A bar chart of monthly revenue (click any month to zoom in) alongside a donut chart showing how your bookings split across channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct.

Occupancy heatmap

For shorter periods, a calendar heatmap of the month coloring each day by how occupied it was -- occupied, partial, vacant, or upcoming.

Property performance / monthly breakdown

If you manage more than one property, a table compares occupancy, revenue, ADR, RevPAR, bookings, and average stay per listing. With a single listing, you instead see a month-by-month breakdown for the year.

Quick insights

Four at-a-glance cards: your best month, longest vacancy, most popular check-in day, and average booking lead time.

TIP

The Overview is your weekly health check. If a headline number trends the wrong way, click straight through to the detailed tab behind it to investigate -- you do not need to re-set your filters.

How to use the Overview report

  • Start your week here. Scan the KPI trends to spot anything moving up or down before diving deeper.
  • Watch the timeline. Use the booking timeline to see who is arriving soon and where you have gaps to fill.
  • Drill down fast. Click a KPI card or a chart segment to jump to the full report for that metric.
  • Compare listings. In the property performance table, look for any listing lagging the others on occupancy or RevPAR.
