Reviews Report

The Reviews report is the analytics tab inside Reports. It summarizes how your guest reviews are trending -- average scores, platform breakdowns, category strengths and weaknesses, and recurring feedback themes -- so you can spot patterns across all your listings at a glance. To read and reply to individual reviews, use the separate Reviews section.

Accessing the Reviews report

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Select Reviews.
  3. Choose your date range using the period selector.
  4. Optionally select a specific listing, or leave it on "All properties" to see combined data.

What the report shows

Headline stats

Three cards at the top summarize the selected period:

  • Average score -- Your mean overall review score out of 10, with an arrow showing the change versus the previous period.
  • Total reviews -- The number of reviews received in the period, with the previous period's count for comparison.
  • Reply rate -- The percentage of reviews you have responded to.

Score trend

A clickable bar chart of your monthly average score over the last 12 months. Each bar shows the score and the number of reviews that month. Click a month to drill down into just those reviews; a banner appears so you can clear the filter again.

By platform

A breakdown of your average score per source (such as Airbnb and Booking.com), with the review count for each. For Booking.com, if individual reviews are not available, the platform's aggregate property score is shown instead.

Category scores

Average scores for the specific categories OTAs collect -- cleanliness, accuracy, check-in, communication, location, value, and more. Categories are sorted lowest first, so the areas most in need of attention sit at the top.

Guest feedback

Recurring tags pulled from your reviews, split into Strengths (what guests praise) and Areas to improve (recurring concerns), each with how often it was mentioned. These come from the structured review tags supplied by the OTAs.

Score distribution

A histogram of how your review scores spread across buckets (0--4, 4--6, 6--8, 8--9, and 9--10), so you can see whether the occasional low score is dragging down an otherwise strong average.

Per property

When you have more than one listing, a ranked list shows each property's average score, review count, and reply rate. Each row links through to that property's reviews.

Recent reviews

A table of your latest reviews with the guest, property, platform, score, date, and reply status (Replied, Unreplied, or Hidden). Use the "View all" link to open the full Reviews section.

TIP

The Category scores and Areas to improve panels are your fastest route to action. If "check-in" or "cleanliness" keeps surfacing as a low category or a recurring concern, that is a concrete, fixable signal -- often more useful than the headline average.

How to use the Reviews report

  • Track your reputation over time. Watch the score trend across months to confirm that operational changes are moving the needle.
  • Compare platforms. A gap between your Airbnb and Booking.com scores can point to platform-specific guest expectations.
  • Prioritize improvements. Start with the lowest category scores and the most-mentioned areas to improve.
  • Drive your reply rate up. Spot unreplied reviews here, then handle them in the Reviews section.
