Exporting Report Data
You can export your bookings as a CSV file from the Bookings tab of Reports. This is useful for accounting, tax filing, sharing data with your team, or performing deeper analysis in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
WARNING
CSV export is available only on the Bookings tab. The Revenue, Occupancy, and Channel Performance tabs are view-only and do not have an export button.
How to export
- Go to Reports in the sidebar.
- Open the Bookings tab.
- Set your desired date range and listing filter. The export includes exactly the rows shown on screen for your current filters.
- Choose the date basis for which bookings are included — check-in date, booked (created) date, or stay (any booking overlapping the period). This toggle lives on the Bookings tab.
- Click the Export CSV button.
- A CSV file (named
bookings_<start>_<end>.csv) will be downloaded to your computer.
TIP
Set your filters and date basis before exporting. The CSV includes every booking row matching your selected date range, listing filter, and date basis, so make sure the list is showing exactly what you need before clicking Export.
What the export includes
The exported CSV contains the booking rows from the Bookings tab, structured in rows and columns — covering details such as the guest, listing, dates, channel, status, and amounts for each booking.
The CSV uses standard comma-separated formatting and is compatible with all major spreadsheet applications.
Common uses for exported data
Accounting and bookkeeping
Export monthly or quarterly revenue data and share it with your accountant. The CSV format makes it easy to import into accounting software.
Tax filing
Export the full year's revenue data to calculate your rental income for tax purposes. Filter by listing if you need to report income per property.
Business analysis
Import the CSV into Excel or Google Sheets to create custom charts, pivot tables, or calculations that go beyond what the in-app reports offer.
Sharing with partners
If you co-own properties or work with a property manager, export reports to share transparent performance data.
WARNING
Exported CSV files may contain sensitive business data including revenue figures. Store them securely and be mindful of who you share them with.
