When you connect a listing to PriceLabs, it takes over the nightly rates and minimum-stay rules — your fixed price or rate plan in hejGuide is paused for that listing.

When to use PriceLabs

PriceLabs is a good fit if:

It's overkill if you have one listing with a stable nightly rate, or if you prefer to set every price yourself.

How to connect a listing

1. On the listing's Pricing tab, choose PriceLabs under Pricing method.
2. Enter the email address you use for your PriceLabs account.
3. Click Add to PriceLabs — your listing is sent to PriceLabs.
4. Open PriceLabs and configure the base price, minimum-stay rules, and seasonal logic for that listing.
5. Once configured, PriceLabs starts pushing prices to hejGuide automatically — usually within a few minutes.

You need a PriceLabs account first. PriceLabs charges a monthly fee per listing — see pricelabs.co for current pricing.

What PriceLabs manages

When a listing is on PriceLabs, these settings are controlled there:

• Nightly rates per date
• Minimum-stay rules per date

These flow back into hejGuide and out to the booking sites you've connected (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

What stays in hejGuide

PriceLabs only handles pricing. These remain in hejGuide:

• Cancellation policies
• Payment settings (deposit, payment timing)
• Booking rules (max guests, check-in/check-out times, calendar window)
• House rules
• Cleaning fees and other extras
• Discounts that aren't priced into the nightly rate

Switching off

To stop using PriceLabs for a listing, choose Fixed price or Rate plan under Pricing method. You'll be asked to confirm — switching off stops PriceLabs from updating prices for that listing, and your hejGuide rate (fixed or rate plan) takes over again.

PriceLabs continues to bill you for the listing until you also disable it inside PriceLabs itself.

Troubleshooting

• Status shows "Connecting…" for a long time — give PriceLabs a few minutes to confirm your listing. If it stays stuck, open PriceLabs and check that the listing appears there.
• Prices not updating — check that the listing is active in PriceLabs and that base pricing is configured.
• Connection error — verify the email matches your PriceLabs account exactly. You can change the email on your Account settings page.
