Amenities

Amenities tell guests what features and facilities your property offers. Setting them accurately helps guests decide if your property is the right fit for their trip and reduces questions after booking.

Setting amenities

  1. Go to Listings and click on the listing you want to edit.
  2. Open the Amenities tab.
  3. In the Facilities section, select each amenity your property offers. Use the search box to find a specific one quickly.
  4. Click Save to update.

Wi-Fi network and password

At the top of the Amenities tab is a dedicated Wi-Fi section with two fields:

  • Network name (SSID)
  • Password

These feed the guest guide and check-in flow, and power the {wifi_ssid} and {wifi_password} placeholders in your automated emails -- so you set the details once here and they appear everywhere guests need them.

Available amenity categories

The Facilities list is grouped into these categories:

  • In the room -- Features inside the rooms (e.g. TV, air conditioning, heating).
  • Bathroom -- Bathroom facilities and toiletries.
  • Kitchen -- Cooking and food-prep equipment.
  • View -- The outlook from the property (sea view, garden view, etc.).
  • Outdoors -- Outdoor spaces such as a garden, terrace, or balcony.
  • Parking -- Parking options and access.
  • Pets -- Pet-related facilities.
  • Food & drink -- On-site food and drink offerings.
  • Services -- Services available to guests.
  • Activities -- Activities and recreation.
  • Safety & security -- Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and similar.
  • Sustainable practices -- Eco-friendly features.
  • General -- Anything not covered by the categories above.

TIP

Only select amenities you actually provide. If a guest books your property expecting a feature that does not exist, it can lead to complaints and negative reviews. Being honest upfront builds trust and leads to better guest experiences.

Where amenities are displayed

Your amenity list appears in several places:

  • Listing detail page -- Guests see the full amenity list when viewing your property.
  • Guidebooks -- If you have a digital guidebook, amenities are included in the property overview.
  • Channel Manager -- When you sync your listing to platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com, amenities are mapped and published automatically.

Keeping amenities up to date

If you add or remove a feature from your property (for example, installing a pool or removing a broken dishwasher), update your amenities right away.

  1. Go to the listing's Amenities section.
  2. Check or uncheck the relevant items.
  3. Click Save.

If you use the Channel Manager, changes will sync to connected platforms during the next synchronization cycle.

WARNING

Outdated amenity lists are a common source of guest complaints. Review your amenities at the start of each season or whenever you make changes to your property.
