Optimize

The Optimize tab scores a listing's quality and turns the gaps into concrete, actionable suggestions -- so you can see at a glance where a property is strong and what to improve next.

Accessing the Optimize tab

  1. Go to Listings and click the listing you want to review.
  2. Open the Optimize tab.
  3. Click Analyze (or Re-analyze to refresh after making changes).

WARNING

The Optimize tab is part of the ai_listing_quality plan module. If your plan doesn't include it, the tab won't appear. Some checks are deterministic and always populate; the AI-powered dimensions need an analysis run and may be subject to a usage quota shown next to the button.

What the Optimize tab shows

Overall grade

The headline is a single letter grade (A--D) summarizing the listing's overall quality.

Quick wins

A curated shortcut at the top gathers the highest-impact, low-effort fixes so you can act first without digging through every section.

Quality dimensions

The score breaks down into five dimensions, each with its own letter grade and a fill bar:

  • Completeness -- Whether key fields and details are filled in.
  • Consistency -- Whether the listing's information lines up.
  • Content (AI) -- The quality of the title and description.
  • Photos (AI) -- The cover image and photo set, assessed separately.
  • Reputation -- Signals drawn from your reviews.

Expand a dimension to see a consistent three-part split: Why this score, What's working well, and What needs change. When a dimension already passes, you'll see a green check plus the criteria the dimension checks against, so you can keep improving from the bar rather than from invented nitpicks.

Suggestions

Each finding is a card tagged with an impact tier (+, ++, +++) and an effort estimate. Expand a card for the rationale and how-to. Depending on the finding, you can act right there:

  • Add amenity -- Apply a suggested amenity in one click.
  • AI rewrite -- For title and description findings, the tab generates rewrite proposals (from light to bold). Pick one, edit it freely, and apply it directly.
  • Adjust -- Deep-link to the relevant tab (or to Reviews / your Airbnb listing) to make the fix yourself.

Applying a fix closes the card and quietly re-scores the listing in the background. You can also dismiss a suggestion you don't want to act on.

Positioning insights

When available, an AI section highlights the listing's unique selling points and the guest segments it's best suited to.

TIP

Start with Quick wins -- they're the fixes that move the grade most for the least effort. Re-analyze after a batch of changes to see the new score.
